Nakedness

Genesis 3:10 – So he said, “I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself.”
The above scripture indicates that nakedness is not something that is good and this is the reason why they hid themselves from the Lord.

Genesis 9: 23 – But Shem and Japheth took a garment, laid it on both their shoulders, and went backward and covered the nakedness of their father. Their faces were turned away, and they did not see their father’s nakedness.
This scripture indicates that it is not good for one’s nakedness to be exposed.

To see oneself naked in the dream represents shame and public disgrace. It also signifies that the spirit of embarrassment is programmed in the life of that individual. Physically, whenever any individual is exposed without the willingness of being exposed it always causes shame. To see oneself naked in the dream is also a sign of insanity as most insane persons would normally walk naked not being ashamed as they are not in their right mind.

From a spiritual perspective, anyone that sees themselves naked must pray fervently against spiritual nakedness and ask God to clothe them in garments of righteousness. Nakedness in the dream could lead to poverty, Christians must be clothed with the entire armor so if one sees themselves naked, they might want to look at their spiritual life to see where they are going wrong. Ask for forgiveness of sins and seek the Lord wholeheartedly.

To see oneself in clothing that does not represent Christ, then that person must pray against it and command those evil garments to be caught on fire. The truth is, satan has a way of placing filthy garments upon individuals in order to have connections with them. E.g. shorts short exposing private area. Something that the dreamer would never wear. This is an indication that satan wants that individual to turn from following Jesus and also to introduce spiritual contamination.

Many persons have had dreams of seeing another person naked. At times they would start to view that particular individual in a negative way or judge them wrongfully. However, I will advise individuals to never do that but instead to pray for that individual and ask God for instructions on what to do. One can inform the individual so they can also pray. Many times, satan manipulate people’s dream so I implore you to not jump to conclusions because it could be a familiar spirit posing as that individual.

Matthew 7:1-3 – Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

I must encourage dreamers to not be discouraged if they receive such a dream, they must pray fervently to cancel the plan of Satan and walk in the word of God.

Prayer:
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ wash me from every spiritual dirtiness and clothe me in your righteousness. Forgive me of my iniquities and blot out my transgression in Jesus Christ mighty name. I break every evil covenant that devil is trying to establish with me in Jesus name. Thank you Jesus for hearing my prayer. Amen!
